Front of House Manager (Hospitality)

Location: Austin, Texas, United States. Onsite role requiring evenings, weekends, holidays, extended hours during peak periods, and work in varying outdoor weather conditions.

What you will do

• Lead the front-of-house guest experience and maintain high standards for service, hospitality, safety, and satisfaction.
• Supervise, coach, and develop team members through in-the-moment feedback, onboarding, scheduling, delegation, and follow-up.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, assigned shifts, staffing levels, and venue operations.
• Use business metrics and guest feedback to improve performance, revenue, and profitability.
• Support ordering, inventory management, facilities needs, and compliance with operational standards.
• Maintain a positive, high-energy environment aligned with hirify.global values.

Requirements

• 2+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management or supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for the location.
• Must be 21 years of age or older where required by state or local law.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds occasionally and remain active on the venue floor for extended periods.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility is verified through Form I-9 and E-Verify.
