Senior Construction Project Manager (Mission Critical)

Location: Dallas, United States; travel required for projects. Employment authorization to work in the U.S. must be verified.

What you will do

• Manage project team members, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and customer relationships.
• Lead preconstruction activities, including bid procedures, bid reviews, vendor and subcontractor qualification, estimating, procurement strategy, and scheduling.
• Manage quality assurance, quality control, and project commissioning processes.
• Evaluate construction risks, negotiate contracts, and make budget decisions.
• Oversee design development and lead construction progress meetings.
• Travel to project sites as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering or Construction Management.
• At least 10 years of proven construction project management experience.
• Ability and willingness to travel for projects.
• Knowledge of complex mission critical MEP systems and commissioning processes.
• Experience with critical work Methods of Procedures processes and management tools including Microsoft Office, Procore, and P6.
• Verified authorization to work in the United States.
