Valuation Associate (Commercial Real Estate)

Location: Washington, DC, United States; hybrid role based out of the local office. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

What you will do

• Research and organize market and property information.
• Analyze office, multifamily, industrial, and other property types.
• Support Senior Valuation Associates on appraisal and consulting projects.
• Follow projects from initial research through completion.

Requirements

• Commitment to becoming a licensed appraiser and progressing toward certified general licenses.
• Undergraduate or graduate degree knowledge applicable to commercial real estate.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ideally, 1–3 years of commercial real estate experience.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
