hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do
- Perform quality control reviews of assurance engagements.
- Provide technical research and consultation on professional standards, GAAP, FASB, and GAAS.
- Analyze observations and findings, perform root cause analysis, and develop process improvements.
- Support the development and maintenance of assurance methodology and practice aids for new standards.
- Collaborate with firm personnel across levels and occasionally with clients.
- Develop thought leadership for internal and external audiences.

- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least six years of experience in public accounting or an equivalent environment.
- CPA or equivalent qualification.
- Supervisory experience driving strategic management.
- Current knowledge of professional standards, FASB, and GAAS.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, verbal, written, collaboration, and technical communication skills.
