2027-2028 Intern - Enterprise Research - Industrial-Organizational Psychologist

Location: Remote or hybrid work from the Dunwoody, Georgia or Bloomington, Illinois hubs; applicants must be eligible to work lawfully in the United States.

Salary: $32.50 per hour. Eligible interns may also receive a $2,000 stipend.

What you will do

• Conduct research on associate behavior and performance.
• Analyze organizational behavior and associate feedback.
• Study how people interact with products and services.
• Provide consultation and data-driven insights to decision makers.
• Support strategic planning and execution through applied research.

Requirements

• Current graduate student in an Industrial/Organizational Psychology program or related field from June 2027 through May 2028.
• Full-time enrollment in a graduate program throughout the internship.
• Strong data analytics skills and advanced quantitative and qualitative research skills.
• Technical knowledge of applying psychological principles in a business environment.
• Knowledge of statistical software such as R or Python.
• Eligible to lawfully work in the United States immediately; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Interest in or willingness to learn cloud-based computing environments such as AWS.
