Sr. Manager, Insider Risk & Digital Forensics (Cybersecurity)

Location: Dallas, TX; onsite at a Huntington corporate office

hirify.global is a financial services organization operating an enterprise cybersecurity and insider risk program.

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, maturity, governance, roadmap, and execution of the enterprise Insider Threat Program.
• Manage triage, investigation, remediation, and closure of complex insider risk and digital forensics cases involving data exfiltration, intellectual property theft, unauthorized access, fraud, policy violations, and privileged-access misuse.
• Design and improve detection capabilities using SIEM, UEBA, DLP, threat intelligence platforms, AI, and advanced analytics.
• Develop behavioral analytics, risk-scoring models, detection use cases, monitoring processes, investigation workflows, and escalation procedures.
• Coordinate investigations and remediation with Cybersecurity, HR, Legal, Privacy, Compliance, Risk Management, Security, and Technology teams.
• Provide executive reporting, strategic recommendations, awareness programs, tabletop exercises, and regulatory support.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience leading insider risk, DLP, cyber investigations, or threat management programs.
• 2+ years of experience with SIEM, UEBA, DLP, case management, and investigative technologies.
• 2+ years of experience leading teams and managing complex, high-impact investigations.
• Associate's Degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of insider threat methodologies, behavioral analytics, cyber threat intelligence, privacy regulations, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience working with HR, Legal, Privacy, Compliance, and Risk functions.

Nice to have

• Financial services or other highly regulated industry experience.
• Experience implementing AI-driven security monitoring and insider risk capabilities.
• Experience with digital forensics, incident response, and data protection technologies.
• Knowledge of the CERT Insider Threat Framework, NITTF Guidelines, and MITRE ATT&CK Framework.
• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience.
