Drain Sales Advisor (Residential Sewer)

What you will do

• Perform residential sewer camera inspections and identify drain and sewer issues.
• Explain camera findings and recommended solutions clearly to homeowners.
• Recommend appropriate options for sewer repairs, replacements, excavation, and related services.
• Present options, answer questions, overcome objections, and close sales.
• Document inspection findings, recommendations, and customer information accurately.
• Coordinate with plumbing and drain teams from inspection through completion.

Requirements

• Residential drain, sewer, or plumbing experience is required.
• Experience operating and interpreting sewer camera equipment.
• Strong understanding of residential drain and sewer systems.
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly, recommend solutions, and ask for the sale.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and ability to pass required background screening.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with the team, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Nice to have

• Previous in-home sales experience.
• Plumbing license.
