Research Nurse Coordinator (Clinical Trials)

Salary: $6,631.67–$9,533.25 CAD per month

What you will do

• Coordinate investigator-initiated, academic, and industry-sponsored clinical trials in the MS and NMO Clinical Trials Program.
• Evaluate protocols, support study start-up, prepare regulatory documentation, and coordinate REB submissions and amendments.
• Recruit, screen, enroll, educate, and retain participants while obtaining and documenting informed consent.
• Conduct clinical assessments, vital signs, ECGs, interviews, questionnaires, sample handling, infusions, and protocol-specific procedures.
• Monitor participant safety, document and report adverse events and serious adverse events, and escalate clinical concerns.
• Maintain source documents, regulatory files, CRFs/eCRFs, data systems, investigational product accountability, and study supplies while supporting audits and staff training.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with current BCCNP or BCCNM registration and at least one year of nursing experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinical research environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, organization, leadership, problem-solving, accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism skills.
• Current CPR certification.
• Commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, and respectful engagement with diverse perspectives.

Nice to have

• BScN degree.
• Experience in neurology, multiple sclerosis, neuroimmunology, infusion therapy, or clinical research.
• ICH-GCP certification and experience with electronic data capture systems, CTMS, and research databases.
