Reddit Copywriter/Comedian (Fintech)

Location: Remote; full-time salaried employees must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.

Salary: $80,000–$120,000 per year, with possible equity opportunities.

hirify.global is building an AI-powered advisor that simplifies car, home, motorcycle, and other physical-asset ownership, with products spanning insurance, diagnostics, maintenance, repairs, and marketplaces.

What you will do

• Create helpful and entertaining long-form and short-form posts for relevant Reddit communities and hirify.global’s own subreddits.
• Write in an authentic Reddit voice using platform-native formatting, subculture awareness, strong hooks, and clear storytelling.
• Draft real-time, high-context replies to community comments and questions.
• Experiment with narrative hooks, post structures, TL;DRs, bullet breakdowns, case studies, and publishing times to increase organic reach and community trust.
• Produce SEO- and LLM-optimized Reddit content designed to rank in Google and serve as reference material for AI models.
• Collaborate with Content, SEO, and Product teams to adapt company insights into accurate Reddit-first messaging.

Requirements

• Active Reddit user with a substantial portfolio of writing for the platform.
• 3+ years of copywriting experience across short- and long-form content.
• Ability to explain complex subjects such as insurance policies, rate changes, vehicle maintenance, and automotive finance in clear, useful prose.
• Strong understanding of Reddit formatting, subculture nuances, community engagement, and effective thread writing.
• Ability to incorporate feedback from internal teams and public community responses.
• Must currently reside in one of the listed U.S. states or Ontario, Canada.

Nice to have

• Copywriting experience in fintech, insurtech, automotive, or consumer technology.
• Experience creating content that earns organic engagement and community trust.
