hirify.global is building an AI executive assistant that manages emails, scheduling, and follow-up for client-facing professionals.

What you will do

• Write and edit marketing copy for emails, landing pages, product launches, and other channels.
• Maintain and evolve hirify.global’s tone of voice while ensuring accuracy, clarity, consistency, and impact.
• Collaborate with designers to develop campaigns that support customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Optimize copy using user behavior insights, engagement data, and A/B testing.
• Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to inform messaging.
• Contribute fresh perspectives and help raise the standard of a high-performing marketing team.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience writing high-converting marketing copy, including emails and landing pages.
• Excellent editorial judgment, strong command of tone and clarity, and exceptional attention to detail.
• Digital-first mindset with an understanding of multi-platform storytelling and performance metrics.
• Hands-on experience with creative tools and confidence using AI for ideation, testing, and optimization.
• Familiarity with localization and scaling messages globally.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, respond to feedback, and work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
