Chief Technologist (Cyber Security)

What you will do

• Own technology decisions for the Cyber Security proposition.
• Provide technology market insights and guidance to the Cyber Security Technology Tower Council and hirify.global leadership.
• Identify common customer problems and opportunities for mainstream adoption of technology and services.
• Select products and services that address customer needs and define clear outcomes and success criteria.
• Engage business and technical audiences alongside sales and services colleagues.
• Collaborate with Product, Services, and Office of the CTO teams on short-term execution and long-term proposition development, including cross-sell opportunities across workspace, hybrid platforms, networking, connectivity, data, automation, and AI.

Requirements

• Extensive cyber security knowledge and experience.
• Outstanding track record in proposition development and leadership.
• Creativity, curiosity, critical thinking, advanced problem-solving skills, humility, and drive.
• Strong collaboration, relationship-building, organisational, coordination, and prioritisation skills.
• Confident public speaking and credibility with external and internal business and technical audiences.
• Commercial awareness in customer engagement and proposition development.
