What you will do
- Lead discovery with Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Technical Account Management, and Marketing stakeholders to identify enablement and workflow needs.
- Define and evolve the vision for internal content and enablement platforms, aligned with seller productivity and business priorities.
- Translate the platform vision into prioritized requirements, features, workflow improvements, and integrations.
- Partner with engineering, enablement, operations, content, and GTM teams to deliver in-flow-of-work learning and content experiences.
- Define success metrics for usage, adoption, productivity impact, and engagement.
- Test, measure, and continuously optimize platform features based on user feedback and data.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, platform ownership, or enablement technology roles.
- Experience working with GTM teams and understanding Sales, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success workflows.
- Ability to translate business needs into product features and workflow improvements.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

- Familiarity with enablement platforms, CRM ecosystems, or content delivery tools.
