What you will do

• Create investor presentations and comprehensive investor packs highlighting key metrics and strategic initiatives.
• Lead due diligence processes coordinating with cross-functional teams to identify risks and opportunities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents ensuring strategic alignment.
• Support M&A transactions and fundraising including deal structuring, negotiation, execution, and integration.
• Collaborate closely with founders, finance, and leadership teams to provide strategic financial insights.

Requirements

• +5 years experience in M&A transaction services within VC, PE, or investment banking.
• Proficiency in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and transaction documentation.
• CFA certification is highly regarded.
• Excellent English proficiency.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strategic mindset.
