Operations Intern (June - August 2027) (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite at the hirify.global facility in Anoka, Minnesota, United States

Salary: $22 per hour

What you will do

• Monitor daily production across various value streams and participate in corrective actions.
• Conduct quality inspections using quality tools and support compliance with quality requirements.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize operational data; prepare reports and recommendations.
• Learn and apply Lean methodologies and principles as a Lean change agent.
• Coordinate employee training and ensure procedures are followed.
• Coordinate the accurate and timely movement of materials into, within, and out of assigned work areas.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Operations, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Current junior standing, graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future; visa sponsorship is not offered.
• Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, organization, adaptability, and collaborative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and a strong work ethic.
