Program Analyst (Missile Defense)

Location: Huntsville, Alabama, United States; approximately 30% travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations

Provides mission engineering and lifecycle support solutions for U.S. Army aviation, ground systems, integrated air and missile defense, and threat and target programs.

What you will do

• Develop technical understanding of PAC-3 missile variants, logistics requirements, and sustainment strategies.
• Plan and execute annual inspections of assets located worldwide, including written plans, memorandums, equipment movement, briefing materials, and travel.
• Analyze field inspection data and prepare reports with findings and recommendations.
• Review and provide input to Contract Data Requirements Lists.
• Support Integrated Product Team meetings, working groups, and program reviews representing logistics interests.
• Develop administrative processes that improve accuracy, efficiency, and organizational performance.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and an active Secret security clearance are required.
• Master’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience, bachelor’s degree with 4 years, associate’s degree with 5 years, or high school diploma with 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting air and missile defense programs or major weapon systems programs is preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and database programs, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to travel approximately 30% to CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Nice to have

• Project Management or Life Cycle Logistics certification, such as DAWIA Life Cycle Logistics Foundational, Professional, or Practitioner.
• Defense-related technical certifications or experience.
