Senior Lead Product Manager (Checkout)

Location: New York City, with a hybrid work model. Hybrid positions are also located in Scottsdale, San Francisco, Chicago, and New York. Must be independently eligible to work in the United States for any employer; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $180,000–$240,000 USD per year for New York, NY and San Francisco, CA, plus discretionary incentive plan and benefits.

What you will do

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Paze Checkout experiences.
• Lead the development and integration of scalable, reliable, and developer-friendly checkout solutions.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, merchants, issuers, technology providers, marketing, research, analytics, and design.
• Use interviews, usability testing, funnel analysis, experimentation, and partner feedback to identify friction and prioritize improvements.
• Set success metrics and balance customer experience, conversion, security, fraud, regulatory, and operational considerations.
• Build and motivate cross-functional teams, define requirements, groom user stories, and guide product delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 12 or more years of progressive related work experience.
• Experience with design thinking, agile development, product strategy, roadmaps, and revenue targets.
• Demonstrated leadership, cross-functional collaboration, customer advocacy, and product delivery experience.
• Ability to work directly with technology teams and manage risk, security, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Eligibility to work in the United States for any employer; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Certifications in design thinking or agile methodologies.
• Experience in payments, financial services, or another regulated industry.
• People management experience.
