Salary: $39,600–$59,400 per year

What you will do
- Maintain DOT inspection data, schedule physicals and inspections, and coordinate expiration tracking with supervisors.
- Compile drilling production data, track project completion, and support operational reporting and production meetings.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance, staff travel, permits, traffic control planning, vendor pricing, bonds, and certificates of insurance.
- Support Minnesota Department of Health compliance, including well notifications, variances, rig registrations, renewals, and well-record databases.
- Review and format reports and proposals, generate deliverables, and enter information into OpenGround, OnBase, Microsoft Office, ERP, SharePoint, and other internal systems.
- Organize project files, assist project managers and clients, prepare presentations and reports, and provide additional administrative support as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, data-entry, customer-service, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Bloomington, Minnesota.
- Ability to read and check English documentation and correspondence and comprehend instructions.
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred; post-secondary education or training preferred.
- Basic office software proficiency and ability to learn internal systems quickly; at least two years of administrative experience is preferred.
Nice to have
- Administrative experience with a geotechnical drilling firm, engineering consulting firm, or another AEC employer.
- Experience with project administration, compliance records, permits, or technical deliverables.
