What you will do

• Monitor, review, and analyze system alerts and network activity for potential threats.
• Identify suspicious events, perform initial triage, and escalate incidents to Tier 2 analysts.
• Document incidents, findings, and recommended actions in ticketing and tracking systems.
• Assist with incident reports, security summaries, and SOC documentation.
• Support continuous monitoring and improvements to detection workflows.
• Apply cybersecurity tools and SOC methodologies under the supervision of experienced analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or three additional years of relevant experience; education and internship experience are accepted.
• Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity principles, network security, and cybersecurity tools.
• Familiarity with SOC operations, SIEM tools, or log analysis platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Active Secret clearance is required.
• Only sole U.S. Citizens can be considered.
