Senior Account Manager, The Hive (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide in the United States; periodic travel to hirify.global offices and occasional in-office work may be required. Preferred locations include Arlington, Louisville, Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, New York, Tampa, Nashville, Dallas, Seattle, Denver, and Fort Lauderdale.

Salary: $86,300–$118,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead development and execution for a diverse brand portfolio across acquisition and engagement marketing initiatives.
• Develop customer-centric campaign strategies and guide conceptual milestones across media channels.
• Translate business objectives, audience insights, research, and performance data into creative solutions.
• Partner with internal agency teams, marketing colleagues, and external agencies in a cross-functional environment.
• Lead enterprise brand development and launches while maintaining consistency, scalability, and optimization.
• Ensure campaigns are on strategy, on time, within budget, and aligned with brand and business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
• 4+ years of advertising or internal agency experience.
• Ability to generate solutions with measurable results.
• Experience working in collaborative, hybrid, or remote team environments.
• Ability to present to senior leadership and influence decision-makers in fast-paced, highly matrixed organizations.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States and maintain a dedicated workspace with suitable internet service; periodic office attendance or travel may be required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Familiarity with Agile workflows and team structures.
• Experience with collaboration and diagramming tools such as Lucid.
