Senior Manager, RCSA Taxonomy & Facilitation (PL)

Location: Onsite in Phoenix, Arizona; Austin, Texas; or Southlake, Texas

Salary: USD $175,000–$219,000 per year, plus bonus or incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for RCSA management, taxonomy, facilitation, reporting, and quality routines.
• Maintain and mature the STS RCSA process, risk, control, and taxonomy catalog in MyGRC.
• Define facilitation standards, practice guidance, quality expectations, procedures, templates, and certification routines.
• Improve control design, evidence quality, issue linkage, risk metrics, executive dashboards, and reporting narratives.
• Partner with technology, business, risk, compliance, audit, cybersecurity, and enterprise oversight stakeholders.
• Support responsible adoption of AI-enabled business process changes through risk assessment, governance, controls, transparency, human oversight, and monitoring.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technology risk, cybersecurity risk, operational risk, audit, compliance, or related risk disciplines.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience in a matrixed environment.
• Strong knowledge of technology and cybersecurity risk, control design and evaluation, and frameworks such as NIST, ISO, and COBIT.
• Experience with RCSA methodology, control taxonomy, facilitation materials, quality assurance, governance routines, reporting, and risk metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, cybersecurity, risk management, business, or a related field.
• Experience supporting AI-enabled process changes through risk assessment, governance, data handling, validation, monitoring, and human oversight.

Nice to have

• CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CGEIT, or another relevant technology risk, cybersecurity, audit, or governance certification.
