Marketing Operations Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote from Poland

Salary: PLN 136,000–187,000 annually, plus bonus

What you will do

• Build and launch campaigns, emails, forms, and landing pages in Marketo and other campaign tools.
• Tri­age, specify, route, and track campaign and marketing operations requests.
• Own the marketing operations calendar, launch timing, and asset readiness.
• Execute tactical marketing operations projects, including data pulls, asset creation, QA, and delivery tracking.
• Run quality checks, make routine ship/no-ship decisions, and maintain email build standards.
• Manage data hygiene, campaign documentation, runbooks, SOPs, briefs, and agency-delivered work.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations or coordination.
• Hands-on experience with a marketing automation platform, preferably Marketo, and Salesforce.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on accurate, error-free output.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Knowledge of email best practices.
• Ability to work remotely from Poland.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and data-management best practices.
• Experience with modular email platforms such as Knak or Stensul.
• Curiosity about AI tools for marketing workflows.
