Analyst Internship - Controllers (CFO Org)

Location: Hybrid role requiring residence within commuting distance of the New York City or Bethesda, MD offices, with three days per week in the office.

Annual salary: $26.46–$41.21.

What you will do

• Complete analyst projects across Financial Reporting, Reconciliations, and Tax.
• Attend meetings and present project findings to senior management.
• Learn hirify.global Finance and operations systems, data, and integration points.
• Analyze financial results and recommend future investment decisions with business stakeholders.
• Contribute to financial processing innovation and transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, Business Information Systems, FinTech, or a related analytical field; expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher; all transcripts must be submitted.
• Demonstrated interest in Finance through internships, student or business organizations, certifications, coursework, or related activities.
• Must live within commuting distance of the New York City or Bethesda, MD office and work three days per week from the office.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, or similar tools, with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of GAAP reporting.
• Experience with or interest in learning financial systems such as Workday Financials.
