Analyst Internship Program - Finance & Operations Track (CFO Org)

Location: Hybrid role based within commuting distance of the New York City, Chicago, or Bethesda, MD offices; at least three days per week in the office.

Salary: $24.93–$41.21 per hour.

What you will do

• Complete analyst projects across financial planning and analysis, risk management, treasury, financial systems, supplier management, strategy, internal audit, and real estate operations.
• Analyze financial and business results and recommend future investment decisions.
• Support financial processing innovation and business transformation.
• Attend meetings, prepare presentations, and present project work to senior management.
• Learn the systems, data, and integration points used by Finance and Operations groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Business Information Systems, FinTech, or another relevant analytical major, with expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, with all transcripts submitted.
• Demonstrated interest in finance through internships, student or business organizations, certifications, coursework, or related engagement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Must be able to commute to a New York City, Chicago, or Bethesda, MD office and work at least three days per week onsite.
