What you will do

• Support the implementation and maintenance of Business Continuity Management and IT Disaster Recovery frameworks.
• Coordinate disaster recovery planning, testing, exercises, simulations, and execution with IT and technology teams.
• Support business impact analyses and risk assessments across business and IT functions.
• Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans, recovery strategies, procedures, action plans, and improvement records.
• Work with business, IT, and Information Security stakeholders to implement resilience requirements.
• Prepare BCM and DR reports, dashboards, metrics, audit materials, and regulatory documentation for management and committees.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Business Continuity Management, IT Disaster Recovery, IT Risk, or IT Resilience.
• Strong understanding of disaster recovery technologies, IT infrastructure, and application recovery concepts.
• Knowledge of BCM lifecycle activities, including business impact analysis, risk assessment, strategy development, and testing.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as SAMA requirements for BCM, disaster recovery, and operational resilience.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
