Business Analyst (Recruiter Success & Liquidity)

What you will do

• Map recruiter and job seeker journeys across user touchpoints and identify friction, drop-offs, and expectation gaps.
• Conduct interviews, surveys, usability testing, and quantitative analysis to uncover user motivations and behaviors.
• Collaborate with Product to improve recruiter success, matching efficiency, and marketplace liquidity.
• Partner with Growth on go-to-market campaigns for recruiter-focused features.
• Track user experience metrics, maintain dashboards, and present actionable data insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in business intelligence, user research, user insights, or user-focused business analysis.
• Experience in e-commerce or classifieds platforms.
• Strong user-centric mindset with practical user journey mapping and qualitative research skills.
• Experience with interviews, surveys, and A/B testing.
• Strong data storytelling, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proactive, outcome-driven, adaptable, and comfortable using AI and automation to improve speed.

Nice to have

• Hands-on familiarity with SQL, BigQuery, or Looker Studio/Data Studio.
