TL;DR
ServiceNow Business Analyst (ServiceNow/business transformation): Gathering and translating business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and process documentation for ServiceNow solutions with an accent on stakeholder collaboration, process optimization, and solution traceability. Focus on analyzing current and target-state processes, supporting SIT and UAT, managing defects, and enabling user adoption.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

What you will do
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder discussions and workshops.
- Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, workflows, and process documentation.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow architects, developers, project managers, process consultants, and clients to design suitable solutions.
- Analyze current processes, perform gap analysis, and identify automation and optimization opportunities using ServiceNow.
- Support SIT, UAT, defect management, acceptance criteria validation, change management, training, and user adoption.
- Maintain project documentation and requirements traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in software implementation or digital transformation projects.
- Experience documenting requirements, user stories, workflows, and process maps.
- Understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Good command of English and availability to work in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Nice to have
- Exposure to ServiceNow projects or the ServiceNow platform.
- Knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, CMDB, Asset Management, HRSD, CSM, or related modules.
- ServiceNow CSA, CIS, or BPC certification, or ITIL Foundation certification.
- Experience in banking, insurance, healthcare, or enterprise IT environments.
