Senior Engineer (AI)

Location: Antwerp, Belgium; temporary assignments abroad may include France and the Netherlands.

What you will do

• Deliver transformation projects and execute project assignments for clients.
• Structure data, perform analysis, and conduct benchmarks.
• Conduct interviews and facilitate workshops.
• Map processes and prepare functional specifications.
• Provide team support and contribute to knowledge creation through workshops, publications, and seminars.
• Help clients identify opportunities related to data and AI.

Requirements

• University Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience as a consultant.
• Strong collaboration, communication, analytical, synthesis, autonomous, dynamic, rigorous, and results-oriented skills.
• Strong interest in the energy sector.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, with the ability to quickly build expertise.
• Trilingual French, Dutch, and English required.
