TL;DR
VP Product Management (Digital Assets Proxy) (Digital Assets/Financial Market Infrastructure): Defining and delivering scalable digital assets proxy products for institutional clients with an accent on tokenization, governance, regulatory requirements, and commercialization. Focus on building product roadmaps and business cases, coordinating technology and control functions, and solving complex market-infrastructure challenges.
Location: New York home office, United States
Salary: $240,000–$250,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do
- Define the vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for digital assets proxy products and capabilities.
- Translate developments in digital assets, tokenization, governance, and market infrastructure into product priorities.
- Assess client needs, market opportunities, competition, regulatory developments, and investment decisions.
- Lead product prioritization, development, launch, enhancement, pricing, commercialization, and performance measurement.
- Partner with engineering and technology teams to define requirements and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
- Coordinate with operations, legal, compliance, risk, sales, marketing, and client-facing teams on delivery and go-to-market execution.
Requirements
- Significant product-management experience leading complex products, platforms, or market-infrastructure capabilities from strategy through commercialization.
- Strong knowledge of digital assets and related infrastructure, including tokenized assets, blockchain products, custody, wallets, trading, settlement, or staking.
- Experience developing products in a regulated financial-services environment, ideally with exposure to SEC-regulated businesses.
- Strong commercial skills in product strategy, business cases, pricing models, market sizing, and go-to-market planning.
- Ability to influence technology, operations, legal, compliance, risk, sales, and other senior stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, strategic-thinking, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with proxy, corporate governance, issuer services, or related workflows.
- Experience scaling products in emerging, regulated, or rapidly changing markets.
- Network and credibility in digital assets, capital markets, proxy, governance, or financial market infrastructure.
