Global Affiliate Manager (Crypto)

Location: Indonesia, Jakarta / Remote

What you will do

• Grow the affiliate network through cold outreach to YouTubers, media organizations, influencers, and other partners.
• Negotiate partnerships, manage onboarding and paperwork, and maintain communication with key affiliates.
• Analyze affiliate performance and provide recommendations to improve results.
• Create and execute promotional campaigns focused on return on investment.
• Build reports from internal data, optimize affiliate channel performance, and collaborate with developers to improve tools and interfaces.
• Monitor competitors and detect fraud, manipulation, and emerging scam schemes.

Requirements

• Experience managing large affiliate programs, preferably in fintech or crypto.
• Understanding of the cryptocurrency space and experience working with media, celebrities, key partners, or influencers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset and ability to work with internal data and tools.
• Fluent English required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Additional languages and business development experience are advantageous.
