What you will do

• Grow the affiliate network through cold outreach to YouTubers, media, and influencers, including negotiations and onboarding.
• Manage key accounts by analyzing performance and offering recommendations for improvement.
• Create and execute promotional campaigns with a strict focus on ROI.
• Build data-driven reports using internal tools to optimize overall affiliate channel performance.
• Monitor the competitor landscape and adjust the affiliate strategy accordingly.
• Perform fraud detection to identify and prevent new scam schemes or partner manipulations.

Requirements

• Experience managing large affiliate programs, preferably in fintech or cryptocurrency.
• Deep understanding of the crypto space and blockchain ecosystem.
• Proven experience working with media, celebrities, and key influencers.
• Fluency in English required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication and presentation skills.
