Skip Trace Coordinator

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $17.00 per hour. Target bonus range: $0.00–$5,000.00.

What you will do

• Coordinate skip-tracing investigations to locate client debtors and collateral.
• Research online resources and databases, evaluate new sources, and improve investigative results.
• Manage a large account inventory and provide regular updates, production reports, and contact results.
• Maintain vendor contracts and relationships, evaluate vendor effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
• Communicate professionally with clients, managers, vendors, and contacts by phone and in writing.
• Work independently and collaboratively while meeting production, organization, and accountability expectations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to three years of investigative or skip-tracing experience preferred.
• One to three years of experience in the repossession or collections industry preferred.
• Strong organizational, time-management, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use computers, internet resources, web-search tools, and basic Google applications.
• Ability to follow applicable federal and state laws, confidentiality requirements, the GLB Act, and the FDCPA.
