RPA Developer (UiPath, French)

Location: Porto, Portugal; hybrid work model. Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in Europe will be considered.

What you will do

• Design and develop UiPath-based RPA strategies and solutions, including architecture, migration, and security.
• Ensure automation processes meet quality and compliance standards and participate in testing and validation.
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, RPA developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to integrate automation into existing workflows.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to improve RPA process performance.
• Support end users and stakeholders by understanding their needs and providing technical assistance.
• Track RPA technologies, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in RPA development or a related IT field.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to define advanced technical and functional solutions from complex requirements.
• English at minimum B1, fluent French at minimum B2, and Portuguese are required.
• Programming experience, especially in a .NET environment with C# or VB.NET.
• Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Existing legal right to work in Europe is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with UiPath and UiPath certifications.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Atlassian tools, and version control systems.
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch and Kibana.
