What you will do
- Launch and manage YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook channels for the Vertical Dramas division.
- Develop social media strategies, content calendars, publishing schedules, captions, hooks, titles, community posts, and promotional copy.
- Partner with creative, production, marketing, partnerships, and talent teams on thumbnails, clips, graphics, releases, premieres, and campaigns.
- Monitor trends, creators, competitors, audience sentiment, and platform updates to identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze views, watch time, retention, engagement, shares, follower growth, CTR, and conversions.
- Run A/B tests and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations for content, creative, cadence, and distribution.
Requirements
- Experience with Vertical Drama content is required.
- 3+ years of social media management experience for a media, entertainment, creator, consumer, or digital-first brand.
- Strong knowledge of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and short-form video strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to grow social audiences and improve content performance.
- Excellent copywriting skills, including hooks, storytelling, titles, and social copy.
- Ability to interpret social analytics, manage multiple platforms and stakeholders, and make performance-driven creative decisions.
Nice to have
- Experience working with creators, talent, or entertainment intellectual property.
- Familiarity with social publishing, analytics, project management, and content management tools.
