CS Consultant: Manager (FMCG)

What you will do

• Own customer relationships within Customer Success and manage critical client communications.
• Lead Joint Business Plans, aligning customer objectives, success metrics, service delivery, analytics, and data quality.
• Lead quantified business opportunity and client review processes, tracking ROI, priorities, feedback, and NPS.
• Use hirify.global tools, product knowledge, and thought leadership to improve customer outcomes and adoption.
• Identify sales opportunities and hand them over to Account Development associates.
• Coach and mentor associates, establish performance standards, and support succession planning without direct reports.

Requirements

• Extensive experience analyzing data in an FMCG environment.
• Strong planning and client servicing skills.
• Experience working with clients to solve business issues and design suitable solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Consultative working style and a proven record of delivering success through others.
• Ability to build strong internal and client networks.
