What you will do
- Design, build, maintain, and refactor Python applications for customer-facing analytical reporting.
- Maintain data pipelines that support data quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with Data Analysts and Analytics Engineers on data model changes.
- Apply domain knowledge to improve access to data for business decision-making.
- Contribute technical influence within the product team and work cross-functionally on product delivery.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python, including application development and Plotly graphing libraries.
- Experience maintaining data pipelines, managing infrastructure as code, and implementing data model changes.
- Strong SQL skills with cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake, including performance optimization, data partitioning, and window functions.
- Experience with software engineering practices including version control and continuous integration.
- Experience with dbt, infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation, and BI tools such as Power BI or Looker.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
