Digital Marketing Assistant (Beauty & Luxury)

What you will do

• Support digital activations for Hugo Boss Parfums product launches and commercial animations.
• Brief creative agencies, follow content production through final asset delivery, and develop global digital toolkits.
• Help develop digital tools that improve customer experience across digital touchpoints.
• Coordinate social media orchestration across Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok with the media team.
• Manage the digital asset management platform, including uploads, copyright governance, and content accuracy.
• Act as a digital contact for local markets and share relevant trends, technologies, and insights with the marketing organization.

Requirements

• Master's student in digital marketing or marketing.
• Rigorous, hands-on, and able to work independently.
• Confident, curious, and willing to share ideas.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
• Passionate about the beauty industry and comfortable in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment.
