Growth Marketing Intern (Fintech)

Location: Menlo Park, California, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week

Salary: $33 per hour in Compensation Zone 1

What you will do

• Manage and optimize daily performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and paid social platforms, including Meta and TikTok.
• Monitor campaign spend, pacing, customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, and other performance metrics.
• Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and recommend actionable optimization strategies.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports for the broader marketing team.
• Conduct A/B tests on creative, targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Partner with growth and analytics teams on budget allocation and channel strategy.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a quantitative degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Expected graduation date between Winter 2027 and Summer 2028.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
• Proactive, curious, self-starting approach with the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with SQL is preferred, together with comfort working with data and learning new tools.
