Fighter Pilot Instructor Lead & Subject Matter Expert

Location: Getafe Area, Madrid, Spain; hybrid working model when possible.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate the pilot instructor team for the Spanish Trainer program.
• Deliver ground-based aircrew training, including theoretical instruction and flight simulator sessions.
• Design training plans, course content, and technical documentation for operational requirements.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and define core aircrew training objectives.
• Manage project scope, planning, deliverables, subcontracted work packages, and supplier performance.
• Support the development of computer-based training, digital courseware, and multimedia training products.

Requirements

• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, a university degree, or an equivalent Military Flight Academy qualification.
• More than 10 years of experience as a combat fighter pilot, including flight experience on Eurofighter or F-18.
• Proven flight instructor experience and strong public speaking, audience management, teamwork, customer orientation, and adaptability.
• Native Spanish and advanced English, both written and spoken, are required.
• Experience in project and supplier management, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and familiarity with multimedia training applications.

• Direct experience in Training Needs Analysis.
• Experience developing Computer-Based Training.
