Junior AI & Product Enablement Specialist (Cloud Security)

Location: Remote, based in Spain or Costa Rica

What you will do

• Build and maintain hands-on cloud security lab scenarios and technical content using YAML and Markdown.
• Script and automate training environments with Bash or Python, and troubleshoot platforms such as Instruqt and LMS tools.
• Support the design and delivery of technical training sessions, demonstrations, and workshops.
• Write courseware and technical instructions aligned with clear learning outcomes.
• Use AI coding and agent clients such as Claude Code or Codex to build labs, scripts, and content while validating their output.
• Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams, incorporate feedback, and develop technical and presentation skills.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of DevOps and cloud-native concepts, including containers, orchestration, CI/CD, Linux, and cloud fundamentals.
• Hands-on scripting experience with Bash or Python and familiarity with YAML and Markdown.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with an interest in teaching and presenting to technical audiences.
• Experience or comfort experimenting with AI coding and agent CLI clients.
• Working English, written and spoken, is required.
• Curiosity, reliability, initiative, collaboration, and willingness to seek and apply feedback.
