Cost Analyst (Manufacturing)

Location: Hybrid work from the Saray location in Türkiye

What you will do

• Conduct monthly product costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.
• Compare standard and actual production costs and identify cost drivers across manufacturing lines.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and supply chain teams on lean sigma and cost optimization initiatives.
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and financial analyses for management decision-making.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and group financial policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience as a Cost Analyst, Financial Analyst, or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
