What you will do
- Support internal control, audit, compliance, risk management, and governance activities.
- Prepare process documentation, risk–control matrices, control testing evidence, and remediation tracking.
- Analyze root causes, document incidents and lessons learned, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, provide progress updates, and support shared operational goals.
- Support network performance, capacity expansion, hardware and software upgrades, and change management workflows.
- Help deliver data-network training and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, information security, and local regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, MIS, or a related discipline.
- Minimum three years of experience in internal control, audit, compliance, risk management, or governance.
- Basic knowledge of the COSO Internal Control Framework and internal control testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with ISO-based management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, or ISO 22301.
- Strong analytical, documentation, reporting, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- High attention to detail, governance discipline, evidence quality, proactive ownership, and a continuous improvement mindset.
