What you will do

• Control, consolidate, and challenge OPEX and CAPEX budgets in line with the planning governance calendar.
• Support functional teams with financial plans, forecasts, risks, opportunities, and requested hirify.global Group schedules.
• Act as a project controller for major investment projects and monitor delivery against budget.
• Perform financial analysis for business cases, including revenue, customer numbers, CAPEX, and OPEX.
• Evaluate post-launch performance, analyze monthly variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain financial controls, report actuals to cost and profit center owners, and contribute to process improvement projects.

Requirements

• Highly proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
• Strong time management, organizational awareness, and ability to distinguish urgent from important work.
• Excellent communication skills with all levels of management.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and explain financial information to non-financial audiences.
• Information-seeking, solution-driven, and high-performance mindset.
