Digital Marketing Assistant - CRM

What you will do

• Build accurate, high-volume email campaigns for tours and festivals across the UK.
• Create and tailor email designs to improve campaign performance.
• Build targeted audiences and support first-party data growth.
• Report on key email marketing metrics and proof automated sends.
• Suggest ideas for future newsletters and support wider CRM team activities.

Requirements

• Previous digital marketing experience, including building emails and audiences or updating websites.
• Strong interest in email marketing and understanding of email engagement.
• Excellent attention to detail and experience managing multiple projects under concurrent deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Office.
• Passion for live music, proactive working style, and ability to work as part of a team; evening and weekend availability when necessary.

Nice to have

• Experience using Photoshop or another image-editing application, with a strong eye for visuals.
