Regulatory Affairs Assistant (EHS)

hirify.global develops graphene nanotube solutions for manufacturing industries and produces nano-augmented materials and end products.

What you will do

• Learn and apply SDS production for hazardous mixtures and substances using ExESS.
• Create new, duplicate, and translated SDSs for existing formulations.
• Screen supplier safety documents and support updates when formulations, classifications, or regulations change.
• Assist with GHS/CLP label template production, review, and maintenance.
• Archive SDS request and release documentation and provide regular workload status reports.
• Progressively support PCN dossiers, UFI management, regulatory-change monitoring, laboratory-analysis logistics, and REACH-related follow-up.

Requirements

• Proficient written and spoken English is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ideally in a scientific, chemical, EHS, or regulatory-related field.
• Strong attention to detail, structured working habits, communication skills, and analytical ability.
• Ability to follow procedures precisely, meet deadlines, and work under supervision while developing expertise.
• MS Office proficiency and willingness to learn ExESS and regulatory portals such as ECHA REACH-IT.
• No previous SDS or regulatory-affairs experience is required; full training is provided.

Nice to have

• Previous exposure to the chemical industry, EHS, laboratory work, or regulatory and compliance environments.
