Lead Analyst - Inventory Release (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Taguig, National Capital Region (Manila), Philippines. Possible locations: Diegem, Belgium; Prague, Czechia; Manila, Philippines. Other EMEA locations may be considered.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end inventory release readiness for SAP S/4HANA deployments, including planning, milestones, risks, issues, and business readiness.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain Operations, IT, and implementation partners on inventory processes, valuation, controls, and reporting.
• Support inventory accounting and reporting design, including reconciliations, reserves, and key financial outputs.
• Lead business testing across FIT, BST, and UAT, translating business needs into scenarios, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate cutover activities, data readiness, validation, reconciliations, deployment checkpoints, training, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Act as the SAP S/4HANA inventory subject matter expert during go-live and hypercare, resolving issues and stabilizing operations.

Requirements

• Experience in finance or supply chain with strong SAP knowledge and inventory accounting expertise.
• Ability to work across Finance, Supply Chain Operations, IT, and system integrators.
• Experience with inventory controls, SOX validation, control execution, audit support, and financial reporting.
• Strong planning, risk tracking, problem-solving, communication, relationship-building, and technical credibility skills.
• Ability to work from one of the specified locations: the Philippines, Belgium, Czechia, or another considered EMEA location.
