What you will do

• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines that extract data from casino source systems, transform it, and load datasets for analytics and downstream applications.
• Write production-quality Python and Node.js code focused on reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Develop data models for business domains and analytical use cases.
• Use ETL orchestration tools to schedule, monitor, and manage production workflows.
• Optimize queries and data processing for large volumes of transactional data.
• Validate, test, and monitor pipelines; investigate data quality issues, failures, and performance bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in data engineering or a related field.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with analytical or reporting data modeling.
• Professional experience with Python and Node.js for data processing and pipeline development.
• Experience with ETL orchestration platforms and production data workflows.
• Understanding of ETL/ELT patterns, Linux environments, data quality, and pipeline reliability.
• Ability to work independently, document technical decisions, and communicate data concepts to non-technical collaborators.

Nice to have

• Experience with graph databases such as Neo4j.
