Data Engineer (iGaming)

What you will do

• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines that extract data from casino source systems, transform it, and load optimized datasets for analytics and downstream applications.
• Develop production-quality data processing code in Python and Node.js.
• Create and maintain data models for business domains and analytical use cases.
• Use ETL orchestration platforms to schedule, monitor, and manage production workflows.
• Optimize queries and processing logic for large volumes of transactional data.
• Validate data integrity, investigate quality issues, resolve pipeline failures, and document technical decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in data engineering or a related field.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with data modeling for analytics or reporting.
• Professional experience with Python and Node.js for data processing and pipeline development.
• Experience with ETL orchestration platforms and production data workflows.
• Understanding of ETL/ELT patterns, Linux environments, data quality, and pipeline reliability.
• Ability to work independently and explain technical decisions to non-technical collaborators.

Nice to have

• Experience with graph databases such as Neo4j.
