Location: Kirkkonummi, Finland; hybrid work combining remote work with on-site work at the Pikkala plant

What you will do
- Own and coordinate accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processes for monthly salaried employees.
- Act as the main contact for payroll matters, coordinating with employees, managers, and external payroll providers.
- Improve payroll processes, controls, and data quality.
- Lead HR reporting and workforce analytics, including reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics.
- Analyze payroll and workforce data to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities.
- Support expatriate and international mobility matters and partner with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in payroll administration and payroll process ownership.
- Strong knowledge of Finnish labor legislation and collective agreements.
- Experience with external payroll providers and HR systems.
- Advanced Excel skills and the ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent Finnish and English; proactive, hands-on, and continuous-improvement mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience with expatriate payroll, mobility, and international taxation.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or operational environments.
- Knowledge of the Technology Industry Collective Agreement.
- Experience with HR analytics, workforce planning, and reporting.
