TL;DR
Senior People Tech Specialist (Workday) (Workday/HR technology): Optimizing and developing a global Workday platform for a 20-country organization with an accent on Core HCM, business processes, security, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration. Focus on troubleshooting complex issues, assessing cross-module impacts, and driving scalable enhancements from idea to implementation.

What you will do
- Configure, optimize, and continuously improve Workday functionality after a successful global implementation.
- Troubleshoot complex Workday issues and assess the impact of changes across modules, business processes, and security.
- Support HR process development, organizational changes, and other key People processes.
- Create and improve reports and dashboards.
- Partner with AMS providers, People Operations, IT, business stakeholders, and external partners to deliver scalable solutions.
- Act as a senior Workday subject matter expert and drive enhancement initiatives from idea to implementation.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on Workday experience in a mature, post-go-live environment.
- Experience with Core HCM and several additional Workday modules.
- Ability to understand how changes affect modules, business processes, and security.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, manage multiple high-visibility projects, and handle highly sensitive information.
- Full working fluency in English is required.

- Experience with Talent, Peakon, Reporting, Absence Management, Time Tracking, or Workday Security.
