Senior People Tech Specialist (Workday)

What you will do

• Configure, optimize, and continuously improve Workday functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Workday issues in a mature post-go-live environment.
• Assess the impact of changes across Workday modules, business processes, and security.
• Support HR process development and organizational changes.
• Create and improve reports and dashboards.
• Partner with People Operations, IT, business stakeholders, AMS providers, and external partners to deliver scalable solutions and drive enhancements from idea to implementation.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on Workday experience, including Core HCM and other key modules.
• Experience supporting and developing Workday after go-live.
• Ability to understand cross-module, business-process, and security impacts.
• Strong analytical, organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, manage sensitive information, and handle multiple high-visibility projects.
• Full working fluency in English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Talent, Peakon, Reporting, Absence Management, Time Tracking, or Workday Security.
