What you will do
- Oversee the complete project controls framework and manage a team of 2–4 coordinators or analysts.
- Develop and maintain master construction schedules using Primavera P6.
- Manage budgets, cost control processes, financial forecasting, and earned value management reporting.
- Prepare executive dashboards and progress reports while tracking project KPIs and critical milestones.
- Coordinate with construction managers, contractors, and client stakeholders.
- Manage change control, impact assessments, risk mitigation, procurement support, and contract administration.
Requirements
- 7+ years of project controls experience on major construction or infrastructure projects.
- Experience leading project controls teams and managing large multidisciplinary construction teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Power BI, Excel, and financial modelling.
- Strong experience with data center or mission-critical facility construction, EVM methodologies, and cost management systems.
- Knowledge of FIDIC and NEC construction contracts and commercial management.
- Fluent English required; French or Dutch language skills are beneficial.
