TL;DR
Senior UX Researcher & Design (AI): Leading end-to-end research and design for AI-enabled clinical technology solutions with an accent on complex workflows, evidence-based product decisions, and human-centered experiences. Focus on evaluating LLM-based tools and agentic systems, building prototypes and usability studies, and guiding multidisciplinary teams through ambiguous product challenges.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end UX research and design from discovery and problem framing through prototyping, validation, delivery support, and post-release learning.
- Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews, contextual inquiry, surveys, usability testing, workflow analysis, and synthesis.
- Design and evaluate AI-enabled experiences involving large language models, agentic systems, automation workflows, and human-in-the-loop decision support.
- Create journey maps, workflow models, personas, service blueprints, wireframes, prototypes, usability findings, and design specifications.
- Partner with product, engineering, data science, clinical, operations, and business stakeholders to align priorities and resolve trade-offs.
- Provide UX leadership, facilitate decisions in ambiguous situations, influence product direction, and mentor UX colleagues and cross-functional partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, Cognitive Science, Human Factors, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in UX research, product design, usability evaluation, and user-centered development for complex digital products.
- Ability to independently own end-to-end UX work across discovery, design, validation, delivery support, and iteration.
- Strong interaction design, information architecture, prototyping, visual communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary product, engineering, data science, clinical, operations, and business teams.
- Proficiency with UX research, design, prototyping, and AI-enabled productivity tools, including Figma, Copilot, Cursor, and AI synthesis tools.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-enabled products, LLM-powered workflows, agentic systems, intelligent automation, or decision-support tools.
- Background in healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, or other regulated and data-intensive domains.
- Experience with enterprise applications, analytics workflows, data visualization, complex operational tools, or systems thinking.
- Experience mentoring UX practitioners or strengthening research, design, and validation practices.
- Certification or advanced training in UX research, product design, human factors, or AI product development.
